Great customer service. Very honest. Took my Saab there about a year ago and they were one of the only places in town that would even look at a Saab. They couldn’t find the part I needed (at no fault...of their own. It was an old car they haven’t made in years so finding a part is like finding a needle in a haystack) but they reached out to several places and really did the work to look for it. When it became clear they probably weren’t going to have any luck, they let me know and didn’t charge me for anything since they couldn’t fix it. I’ve had a lot of trouble with car shops in the past because I’m female and they tend to treat you like you don’t know anything and a lot of times try to pull one over on you but these guys were really honest the whole way through and spoke to me like any other customer.
